The Pathfinder’s Edge is a warrior’s compass, forged from high-carbon steel, set with a real bone handle engraved with the Vegvísir, and finished with a hand-stitched cowhide leather sheath.
For those who walk alone but never wander. Skål.🧭
In Viking lore, the Vegvísir, also known as the Norse compass, was carried to ensure the bearer never lost their way — no matter how dark the skies or unknown the path. On this knife, the Vegvísir is carved directly into the bone handle — the place where your grip meets your direction.
The blade is forged from high-carbon steel, sharp, balanced, and ready for survival or ceremony. The bone handle adds a primal, sacred feel — each piece naturally unique. Wrapped in a full-grain cowhide leather sheath, this isn’t just a blade. It’s a symbol.
To hold it is to know your path. To carry it is to walk with purpose.⚔️

1. 💧 Clean After Every Feast
After draining your last ale, rinse your horn with cool water. Avoid using boiling water as it may weaken the structure of the horn—only cold or lukewarm water, as the Vikings would.
2. 🧼 Use Mild Soap
When your horn requires a deeper clean, use a gentle, mild soap with a soft cloth. Harsh chemicals and abrasive sponges are for pillaging, not for cleaning!
3. 🌬️ Air Dry Like a True Viking
After washing, allow your horn to air dry naturally. Do not leave it under direct sunlight or near a fire pit—keep it in the cool shade of your longhouse.
4. 🍺 Cold Drinks Only
Your horn is made for mead, ale, and cold beverages. Avoid hot drinks like mulled wine or coffee, as they may damage the horn’s natural finish. Keep your beverages as cold as the fjords!
5. 🛡️ Polish and Protect
From time to time, keep your horn in fighting condition by polishing the exterior with a food-safe oil like olive oil or coconut oil. This will keep it shining with the glory of the gods.
6. ⚔️ Store Like a Viking
When not in use, store your horn in a cool, dry place. Don’t leave it in damp environments or near the heat, as it may warp over time. Store it safely, ready for the next raid!
