A key shipment of parts sourced from Europe has been randomly selected for inspection by U.S. Customs. This has caused an unexpected delay in fulfilling your orders.

At first, we worked through UPS Australia, but they moved slower than a wounded warhorse, so we took matters into our own hands and escalated the issue directly with UPS USA. We are actively working with them to get the shipment cleared as quickly as possible.

What This Means for You

This is not something we have ever faced in our years of operation, and we understand that delays can be frustrating. We want to assure you that we are doing everything in our power to resolve this issue as fast as possible. As soon as the package is released, we will ship your orders out without delay.
