Changed your mind? Most unused, non-personalised products can be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.

Return eligibility

To qualify for a change-of-mind return, the product must be unused, unworn, unwashed and in its original condition and packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Please contact us before returning anything so we can confirm eligibility and provide the correct return instructions. Change-of-mind return postage is the customer’s responsibility, and original shipping charges are not refundable.

Personalised and custom-made products

Personalised, engraved and custom-made products cannot be returned, exchanged or cancelled for change of mind once custom work has begun.

This exclusion does not apply if the item is faulty, damaged, incorrectly personalised by Modern Viking or different from what was ordered.

Natural materials

Expected variations in natural horn, wood and other handcrafted materials—including differences in colour, grain, curve, texture, shape and capacity—are part of each product’s individual character and are not faults when accurately disclosed on the product page.

Bundles, promotions and free gifts

Products purchased as part of a bundle or promotion will be refunded according to the discounted amount paid. Any free gift connected to the returned purchase must also be returned unused, or its advertised value may be deducted from the refund.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect orders

Contact us with your order number and photographs so we can assess the issue and arrange an appropriate remedy. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not limited by this 30-day change-of-mind policy.

Once an approved return has been received and inspected, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.
