Every Modern Viking order is carefully packed and dispatched from our NSW, Australia base. Available shipping services and costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and destination.
Processing & Personalisation
Processing time occurs before carrier delivery time. If you select personalisation, please allow additional time for engraving or custom work.
Carefully check all names, initials, dates, symbols, spelling, punctuation and capitalisation before submitting your order. Once personalisation or custom work has begun, it cannot be changed or cancelled for change of mind.
Express shipping speeds up the carrier journey after dispatch; it does not shorten personalisation, preorder or order-processing time.
Delivery & Tracking
You will receive tracking information by email after your order is dispatched. Carrier delivery estimates begin from dispatch and are not guaranteed. Remote destinations, peak periods, weather and carrier disruptions may add time.
