How dispatch works
Modern Viking ships from Newcastle, NSW. We prepare and dispatch orders the next business day. From there, your parcel enters the Australia Post or Aramex network and the remaining transit time depends on your destination, service level and current carrier conditions.
Australia Post currently advises Parcel Post generally takes 2–6 business days, with same-state deliveries commonly estimated at 2–4 business days and interstate deliveries at 3–6 business days. Express Post generally takes 1–3 business days. Aramex also publishes estimated transit windows and notes that these can change with freight volumes and network conditions.
Which carrier will my order use?
We use Australia Post and Aramex depending on your destination and selected service. If Aramex is slower or less suitable for a route, we use Australia Post instead. As the Father’s Day deadline approaches, we prioritise the service that gives the parcel the strongest delivery window available.
What if my Standard date has passed?
Choose Express / Priority and order as soon as possible. We will still dispatch your order the next business day, but courier transit times remain estimates and can be affected by network conditions, peak volumes, regional routes and disruptions.
No delivery date on this page is a guarantee. These dates are a practical guide designed to give your parcel the best possible chance of arriving before Father’s Day.
