The gods knew what Fenrir would become, so they went looking for something that could hold him.

Two chains failed. The third was Gleipnir, made by the dwarfs from six impossible things: the sound of a cat's footfall, the beard of a woman, the roots of a mountain, the sinews of a bear, the breath of a fish and the spittle of a bird. It looked like a silk ribbon. It held.

Fenrir agreed to be bound only if one of the gods placed a hand in his jaws as a pledge of good faith. Tyr did it. When the wolf understood he had been tricked, Tyr lost the hand.

Norse tradition holds that no binding lasts forever. At Ragnarok the wolf breaks loose.

That is the moment this design sits in. The chain is drawn with one link already open, the runes closed in a ring around him, the wolf mid howl. Not a beast defeated, and not yet a beast free. Held, and only for now.

For the one who has never taken well to being told what he is.

Printed to order, one at a time. Nothing is held in stock and nothing is made until it is bought.

To find your size: lay a tee that fits you flat, measure the chest 3cm below the armpit and the length from the top of the shoulder to the hem, then match it to the table.

Digital printing lays ink into the fabric rather than sitting on top of it, so the finest linework carries a slight softness and the print moves and breathes with the garment. Colour may read marginally differently across garment colours.

1. 💧 Clean After Every Feast
After draining your last ale, rinse your horn with cool water. Avoid using boiling water as it may weaken the structure of the horn—only cold or lukewarm water, as the Vikings would.

2. 🧼 Use Mild Soap
When your horn requires a deeper clean, use a gentle, mild soap with a soft cloth. Harsh chemicals and abrasive sponges are for pillaging, not for cleaning!

3. 🌬️ Air Dry Like a True Viking
After washing, allow your horn to air dry naturally. Do not leave it under direct sunlight or near a fire pit—keep it in the cool shade of your longhouse.

4. 🍺 Cold Drinks Only
Your horn is made for mead, ale, and cold beverages. Avoid hot drinks like mulled wine or coffee, as they may damage the horn’s natural finish. Keep your beverages as cold as the fjords!

5. 🛡️ Polish and Protect
From time to time, keep your horn in fighting condition by polishing the exterior with a food-safe oil like olive oil or coconut oil. This will keep it shining with the glory of the gods.

6. ⚔️ Store Like a Viking
When not in use, store your horn in a cool, dry place. Don’t leave it in damp environments or near the heat, as it may warp over time. Store it safely, ready for the next raid!
